Your role:

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, following our recipes and presentation style.

• Manage your section efficiently during service.

• Support the head chef with prep, stock control, and kitchen organisation.

• Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards.

• Contribute to a clean, tidy, and well-run kitchen.

• Work closely with the FOH team to ensure smooth service.

• Take pride in every dish that leaves the pass.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen (essential).

• Confident cooking in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• A team player who can also work independently.

• Passion for Italian food and attention to detail.

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

• Fluent English (required).
